Refund & Return Policy

Overview
All Amalfi Peptides products are research-grade compounds sold strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes. Due to the nature of these products — including temperature-sensitive handling requirements and regulatory considerations — our refund and return policy is limited. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the sensitive nature of peptide compounds and the strict handling requirements necessary to maintain product integrity, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit. To initiate a claim:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Do not discard the original packaging or product until your claim is resolved.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Amalfi Peptides is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Membership Subscriptions
Monthly membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
